He will be missed

Damn.

I've known Scott now for about 3 years. This is truly sad news.

Scott was an absolutely first rate guy...

My thoughts and prayers go out to his family.

This is sad news. Scott was a young guy......

Too much stress in his life maybe.......................

Seriously depressing stuff. I didn't know him, but had seen his fine knives. RIP, Scott.

Our prayers are with his loved ones........ I've known Scott for several years, he suffered several family tragedies over recent years, and certainly was under a great deal of stress for most of that time......... R.I.P.

Like Nick, I've only known Scott for the last three years or so after I first met him at the Eugene Show... I managed to snag a beautiful camp chopper from him, and then dinged the tip :grumpy: - I left it with him at the last Eugene show and he fixed it and cleaned it up for nada... I guess there's another one in my collection I won't be able to part with...

May you find peace in the ringing of the anvils, Scott...

This is sad to hear. I met Scott at Blade West and he was a very nice guy and made a good looking knife.
My prayers go out to his family.

I just met Scott about 2 weeks ago over at Bill Herndons shop. We immediately hit it off, Scott was the kind of guy that made you feel like youve known him for years in a matter of minutes. I was at Bill's yesturday when he got the phone call that Scott had passed. Needless to say we were stunned and grieved.

My thoughts and prayers go out to his family.

Scott and his bride were good hands together, Scott was very creative and made great knives, his talent will be missed, she supported him totally. My condolences.
