Made from a customer sent design. 5 1/2" overall, 2 3/4" x 1/8" blade, with black canvas, red liners, and brass pins. I would have preferred thicker handles, but he wanted them thin. He also wanted filework on the spine.

Hi Stomper -

Neat little knife!

The file-work on the spine turned out very nicely.

Cool design - very cool.

Nice pictures too!

best regards -

That is great looking. I love the filework.
I wonder if you could make a little swell at the end of the handles to create a small guard without destroying the design?

If it was mine I would, and make the handles thicker. The customer was very specific what he wanted. I had to talk him into the 1/8" handle slabs, he wanted the handle 1/4" thick overall.

You're right, that is something completely different. Neat little knife!

The customer is always right. Even if I don't agree with him.:D
That is a cool looking knife.

I dunno, given what it is, the thin handle works out well enough.

If you do more, and you want to, running 1/4 inch slabs and giving a more full oval shape might work out, and wouldn't seem any bulkier in the end.

I do think you did a top notch finishing job on it, it really looks classy.

Hate to be a thread necromancer, but I just found this while looking over info on my true blade love, tomahawks.
I'm the customer who ordered this knife, and carry it daily.
Here it is with a custom sheath that holds it and my Fenix LD20...
