Scout hatchet...looks like a Plumb but no markings on the head

Can anyone help identify the maker of this Scout hatchet? Official Scout Axe on the handle (Like the 1938-1950 Plumbs) and an official Scout sticker on the handle, but no head markings.https://www.etsy.com/listing/1011694374/vintage-boy-scout-hatchet?ref=search_recently_viewed-2&frs=1

My grandpa had one of those, I can't remember the name but it is made out of fairly fragile cast steel. I'd steer clear of it as a user.

Well no, it's not a Vaughn....Vaughn's had a rubber handle molded around a steel core and were well stamped with the Scout seal and Safe-T-Head

They are cast and they have an undersized eye. I seen one the other day with a makers name. Can’t remember what it was, might have started with an M. They are the cheap cast heads you can see in some of the old hardware store catalogs. American made.
