Scout pattern with lefty can opener?

Did any company make a scout with a can opener for left handed operation?

I'm a south paw, and for some reason the older I get the more difficulty I have using a knife's can opener with the right hand. I usually revert to a P38 because I can use if fine with my right front paw. I've seen some can openers many may consider ambidextrous but haven't encountered a left can opener on a scout pattern. Would like to find one if one exists.
 
Is this like one of those baseball caps with the brim at the back?

I don't think I would have noticed the difference had I seen one, honestly. I take it you can't work it left handed?

Edit; what I'm getting at is if it's a big deal, you could get a good tinkerer and have them switch the layers maybe...
