Well,i been going a little stir crazy!! so i decided to open up the bali grave (balis that did'nt make it) for one thing or another.
I pulled out this blade and made up some new handles.tried a couple new things out,and got myself a new edc
This blade originally did not have a swedge, after looking at some slip joints i got the idea to try out this kind of bose bowie type profile.so i ground in a swedge and raised the main bevel then have it a hand rub.kinda cool i think?i tried a new skeleton pattern similar to one Charles Marlowe has done a couple times.and i'm really diggin it.i also used a very course scotchbright belt on the handles followed by a fine belt just to brighten them up.they feel very grippy, almost sticky.and they will resist scratches like a champ.machined up a clip and called 'er good
now i need to go searchin through that drawer again.
