Does anyone have a phone number for Scrap Yard Knives? Surely they must have a customer service phone number. Thanks Bill
 
I'm pretty sure they are only doing email atm.... Should post on their forums... Busse/Swamprat are seperate company's from Scrapyard
 
DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF CALLING THE BUSSE SHOP!

From the Scrap Yard website:

DO NOT CALL THE BUSSE SHOP for any questions, comments, or inquiries concerning SCRAP YARD KNIFE CO. They are not us and we are not them. All questions must be forwarded in the form of emails. Emails will be responded to within 48 hours. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason whatsoever.

If you call the Busse Shop regarding SCRAP YARD KNIFE CO., we will NOT sell to you . . .ever! It is that simple and there are NO exceptions. We have an agreement with Busse Combat and any violation of this could end in us losing our contract.

Patti was very responsive to my recent email.

I believe that she has a new laptop.
 
Patti's the worst. First, she catches that I wanted sheaths with my first Scrapper4 order. I got worried b/c I sent her an email and they were so swamped, she didn't get back to me for a whole 36 hours. (I ordered so early the sheaths hadn't been added to the store yet.)

THEN she makes it seem that she's gonna ship the sheaths separate, but that they'll eat the shipping. (I really didn't want to put them out THAT much.)

THEN she ships them to me with the knives.

THEN (note hte time line) she asks for payment for the sheaths - AFTER SHE ALREADY SHIPPED THEM TO ME!

Then I get them today.

I hate it when people are so good with their CS. ;)
