Scrap Yard Dogfather top edge difference?

Hello everybody,

I have received a Dogfather with Scrap yard logo and I have compare with my first one who don't have Scrap Yard marking (sterile) and I have see that the top edge are different.
Someone know why?
I don't know if is a special order from the first owner.
I have see before the same thing with the SOD.

Likely just a variance between runs.

Seems like most times runs have different variations like that in most of the family knives.
