Jerry and Dan built up a following on these forums; they should at least tell us what has happened. WEEKS ago Jerry said that there was a server problem, but there should have been plenty of time to resolve the problems.

We are working with a company who does this sort of thing and they are trying to get it fixed.

Shockingly, we are much more upset about this than you can imagine. Turns out that we're just a bunch of knifemakers who don't understand any of this.

You'll know as soon as we do because the forums will be back up.
