Just received my orange Scrapivore today from Scrap Yard knives. Very nice little blade and came pretty damn sharp thanks to Denny.:). It's got a nice choil so you can choke up real close to the blade. You can use the end of the knife as a mini pry bar if you like, but I don't think I'll be doing much of that. Wrapped her in some blue paracord and she's ready to go. Go Gators!!:D

That orange looks killer I wish I would have waited for the Combat Grade but I went ahead and got the LE.
 
Very nice! That orange coating looks pretty shiny compared to their other coatings. I got a tanker gray Scrapivore and I agree that its a great little knife.
 
Yep, it is shiny! It's actually smooth and glossy; more than I thought from the pictures I saw when I ordered. Definitely not like the other CG coatings. Still nice none the less; it's hard to screw up orange.
 
ugh, I didn't get my shipping notification until mid-day yesterday....Hopefully it'll be in tomorrow!!!!
 
awesome man. I cant wait for mine. I didnt make in on the first run so ill have to wait a little while though.
 
Kinda curious if that high gloss coating is any more or less durable than the standard powder coating. At a higher hardness, I'd expect it to have better edge retention than my Izula, though I'm a bit disappointed that I didn't see a pink color available:D.
 
Cool knife. I don't suppose I could sweet talk you into showing how you cord wrapped that thing, could I?
