Got it . Thanks. I can't get over how well they cut. I had a peach that was ripe but the skin was a little dry and not firm. The scrapmax 375 skinned that fast with minimal waste like a razor.

Yeah, I used a 375 to trim the res-c on my 340 and it cut clean and smooth just like a razor. Very impressed with these blades. :thumbup:

They are great little slicers. Dan and the dogs hit a homerun with the Scrap max.

I like the mod. Much better for slicing on a board. Does the front of the grip feel different for your fore finger?
