Been on my BL for years to make a knife from scratch. It has been a year, and finally done! For a first one, I'm mostly happy. What I'm most unhappy with is all of the scratches on the blade. It was perfect, but, the sheath scratches the crap out of it. The knife maker I've been getting advice from says that's a thing with Kydex sheaths. I wish I'd have retained that piece of info earlier...I also came to the realization that a sheath has to be taken into account at the design stage, before the pattern is even cut out. Completely built by me with the exception of the heat treating. That was done by the guy who helped me out.

Sheath - Black Kydex
