screw driver bits for MicroTech

Those are the new fasteners because MT collectors have to have just as many fastener bits as they do actual knives. I don't think anyone has the bits yet. Blade HQ will probably have them soon enough. You can also try getting in touch with Brian at this link. http://www.cuttingedgeknifecompany.com/

That's a new one on me. I looked at www.wihatools.com but couldn't find it but you might contact them.Should I throw out my set of small Torx tools ?? It's getting ridiculous.

Mictrotech seems to be a bit friggin' nuts - what is up with these off-the-wall screws?

Triangle bits - not new, but not common and serve little purpose on a knife.

McMaster Carr has the "male" drivers, but where are the female sockets?

Or am I looking at the above photo wrong?

A six point socket may fit that triangular nut. Be sure the fit is tight.

This is probably not a good idea. Nothing like stripping the head of a prorietary screw and then having to try and tap the small screw for an extractor.
