Screw loose, CUDA guy help.

I remember seeing posts from the guy at Camillus that were very helpful to CUDA owners. I discovered that I had lost a screw on my big first run CUDA tanto and I wondered if anyone knew how to contact him through this forum. Thank you in advance, Jason.
