Screw or screwless

I've been eyeing the byrd knife online and noticed the newest 2016 ss cara cara 2 has screws holding everything together where as last year's ss model doesn't. Is there pros and cons ...is this a step forward or a step back in quality and durability ?

To me, screws are an upgrade.

I would take the screws any day. Big upgrade in my opinion. Without a pivot screw there's no way to make adjustments. The body screw allow you to take it apart for cleaning and lubing. Pinned knives eventually get loose.
