hi everyone I have a question about the size of torx screws used on the handle frames for crkt fossil the large model. I have no problem with the pivot screw and screws on the g10 scale but none of my torx wrench fit the screws on the handle frame. T6 is too small and T7 is too large. Does anybody know why? Do you think screw bits sold from crkt would solve this problem? Thanks

Thank you for the info. I live in Japan. I bought my torx wrench at a store in Japan. I thought all torx screws are the same no matter which country you buy them from. Are they not? I'm thinking of buying a set of key-chain type torx bits from crkt. Do you think that will do?

Try an Allen wrench... Sometimes that works when torx aren't a good fit.

Yes, Torx are standardized; however, many lower cost drivers and bits can have some variation in size (I've experienced this, myself). Wiha tools are very precise. On the other hand, it could also be that you have some out of spec screws on your knife. I've never experienced this on a CRKT knife, but I've also never had a Fossil. Josh's advice above is also good. Sometimes an Allen/hex wrench will do the trick.
