Screw replacements for G Clip

I currently have a small fixed blade that I carry IWB via a Spyderco G Clip. However, the rivets on the knife sheath are too small for the standard screws that come with the G Clip to work. Right now, the sheath is simply lashed onto the clip with gutted paracord. This has worked great for many months now, but I would like a more streamlined way to attach the two.

The rivets on the sheath are 1/8 inch in diameter. Bottom line, does anyone know of any fastener similar to those included with the G Clip with a post diameter of 1/8 inch?
 
Look around the IndexFasteners site or give 'em a call. They have all kinds of stuff like that.

Alternatively, you might just stick a screw directly through the eyelet and add a slim nut flush on the other side with purple Loc-Tite.. Maybe wrap a sliver of tape around the threads inside the eyelet to avoid marring it.
