Screw TPI & pitch

I have a question on the Spyderco Enduras, and the Tenacious: what are the threads-per-inch, and pitch, of the clip screws for each model?

I've noticed that the screw holes an all of mine get filled with crud after a while, and I'd like to have them filled with something, but I'd still like the option of moving the clip around later. I figured I could find screws locally, but I don;t know the TPI or pitch. (I assume they're metric.)

A lot of pocket clip screws are #2X56TPI. The recess is usually a #6 TORX. If you get a digital or dial caliper and a thread comb/gage, you can measure any screw.
