I'm thinking about getting a Chapman screwdriver set, and I'd like to get some opinions from you guys who might use one. It doesn't cover every size of screw, but it covers pretty much anything I'll run into with knives & guns. They'll be used for everything, and I'm not doing anything really heavy-duty industrial.

Also, what is the best brand of 1/4-hex drive tools, that provides the most complete coverage of needs? I've got a random bunch of tools from the last twenty years, and it's time to upgrade, and whittle down the tool collection a little bit.

Chapman covers a lot of the fastener spectrum. They don't make the smaller size torx bits (1 through 7?) or Phillips bits (0,00,000,0000). Their slotted bits come in about a dozen sizes. Brownell offers slotted bits in 62 sizes.

I have the small Wheeler kit for guns, it cover 99% of the stuff I do. I also have one of the $6 Husky mini torx drivers from home depot for most my knives. The Chapman tools are good.
