Screws? Hardware?

So where do you guys get your screws and other hardware? I know USAknifemaker and other online retailers sell them but I was wondering where custom makers get theirs? Are they making them?

I am not a knife maker but have seen Steven Kelley at ticonnector mentioned more then a few times for hardware and screws.
