Hi and thanks for taking a look.

I contacted Linda last summer to work with me on a Pacific North West theme on my Mammoth Ivory Mnandi. I wanted to have on one side scenes of Vancouver BC with Lions Gate Bridge, local mountains and a First Nations sub theme as well. Linda lived in Alaska for six years before moving to Texas and she has an appreciation of Native Art from BC and Alaska.

Linda also recommended using color because the scenery shots become more vivid in color.

The Mnandi is in mammoth ivory with Devin Thomas Bubble wrap damascus. Beautiful little knife! Although it was tough getting decent pictures of the artwork plus the damascus blade....

PM sent with your answer.

I consider it to be quite reasonable for the time required to sketch a rough design based upon my suggestions and then do a several revisions until a final product is ready.

That's something you can treasure! Congratulations!

You have some of the most awesomeness mammoth handles i have ever seen.Mahalo for sharing:thumbup:

That's really nice. As I told you on another forum I like the canoe side best, but I understand that both pictures have a reason, which must make this knife a very prized possesion for you indeed.

As for that bubblewrap damascus - that's just amazing! I've got several CRK damascus folders (raindrop, ladder and bubblewrap) and must say I like the bubblewrap best!

Kind regards,

Jos
