Scroll and up/down not working on pages after posting

The past couple days I have been getting a glitch whereby after posting, the scroll function doesn't work. Up/down arrow keys same thing, and refreshing the page doesn't help. Only after exiting and reloading the page do the scroll functions work again...?

Try clearing your cookies.

Are you on a mobile device or a desktop? I often have the issue on my mobile device and its because I'm stuck in the text field, once I click randomly on the page's background scrolling will work.

Also another suggestion, once you post (if you have the option) click on the next button (the button that advances the cursor to the next text field).
