A friend of mine has invited me to go scuba diving together soon. It's been a long time since I last dived, but this will be a good opportunity to start again.

I'd like to bring one of my INFIs with me. Which one of these should I bring? Was there a specific Busse model made for scuba diving? Thanks in advance...

You could strap an FBM to each leg and not have to wear a weight belt. :D Damn Hog Feet beat me to it! :D

Great pic. Looks like we share several hobbies ( Busse, scuba, and reloading).

I'd carry something smalllike a MrS or AD. No sense in scaring the fish:D . And remember the barracudas love shiny things:eek:

The best thing to have when you're SCUBA diving is a knife with serrations.

That's a nice collection!  I personally wouldn't risk anything more than the GW on a dive, 'cause I'm poor like that.

The one RIGHT now being sold man the SUS SCROFA, you can get it with serrations. they may even do the whole thing serrated for ya. Get it coated or not and overall I like its recurve design for cutting rope etc. I think it would be the best choice...I mean you were gonna get one anyway right;)

id say the sj for its size. if your diving with gloves and a wetsuit, you will want something larger than a gw. i would think you also want a kydex leg or calf sheath.

and most divers use knives to dig through sand and pry rocks and stuff. wardens are a bit small for this.

id be curious to see how it stands up to prolonged submersion in salt water.

Hard to find but for the scuba I would think the Stealth Hawk would work very well.

There used to be a guy that used a Steelheart on here but you never see the As..... ah, guy on here any more.
I would go with the 3rd from the bottom.

Nope!

The most important thing is a partner you can out swim!

But the shark is so much faster that it would have plenty of time to eat you both before you get away! I think the world record swimming speed set by olympic medalists is barely 4 or 5 mph, and the shark can swim at 50mph. My rule of thumb would be to carry a boomstick!

Awesome Andros where did you score that pic where can i get more info on those two ??

These are the MOASK's. They were offered during the Liliputianganzaaaa!!!! (which was anything but what the name insinuates, if you ask me:eek:) on 10-14-2006. The smaller one went for $1797.00 whereas the bigger one for $1997.00.
To call these blades the ideal Zombie killers would be a gross understatement:D! I hope that helps:cool:.

As none of the Busse kinves you are displaying there have ever seen any use, I suggest a cheap ass diving knife would be a far wiser choice. Something you won't mind losing or getting rusted up from the salt water definately w/ a serrated type blade.
Try the local dive shop.
