Sculptura

Hi Jim,

The Sculptura is a great little knife that has been very successful for us. It elegantly and capably merges art with function.

I've given a handful of the Sculpturas out as gifts and have received rave reviews from the recipients.

Please let me know if there is anything specific you'd like to know about it.

Well, where's MINE???.:D

PS...My birthday is coming up in a few days (July 29th)...:).

I've also kinda wondered why there's not too much talk about the Sculptura. I've never handled one in person but from what I've seen it looks like a nice little knife.

I wanted to buy one over the chive but I just never got to see one in real life. How would it be for IWB carry? The handle looks pretty chunky.

Of course I have one!!!...:D
It's a cute lttle knife. The blade is surprisingly big and WIDE for the size... Kind of like a cutesy Strider  (sorry, Ron!)
My only complaint about it is that the Arc lock release sticks out further than I would like, and sometimes catches on things.

Oh since it has no stud or hole, it begs to be flicked, with the lock pulled back. THIS IS ADDICTIVE!!! I have found myself flicking it open and closed at work  ...

It is a great little sheeple friendly knife, and surprisingly big and useful for a knife that small. People are not intimidated by it.

I’m not surprised at all – this is one very sweet knife!
Flat ground blade cuts nicely as to this size, in fact it is hard to imagine normal peaceful daily chores what couldn’t be performed with this one.
Agree with Rob, the Arc Lock operating buttons could be a small bit lower.

wanted the sculptura but bought the access card cause of availability at the time, now i regret it maybe i'll get the sculptura sometime down the line

Bobby B,
Why should YOU get the commission?? "I"asked the question!!:D
jim

'Cause I "sold one" to SkigSkag40!!!:D

that would be a 0.120 inch thick blade.

I am thinking of getting some for some loved ones who need a knife and are not maniacal steel grubbers like myself

I think the terminology you want is like 3/25 of an inch if my math isnt off. Being an artist I dont have to use my brain much, mostly I use it to wedge open a door or hold papers down on my desk.

i've played with one a few months ago. as was said above--it's addictive, very addictive. that baby opens slicker'n snot.
i'm gonna (gotta) get one in late Sept, after the Blade West show, 'course. i just hope DirtCheapKnives has 'em...best prices on them. my $.02 john
