Sea wolf knife co. U.s.a.

Hello, I have had this knife since my father died 11 years ago. He had to have acquired it some time prior to 1986. I just ran across it the other day and would like to find out more about it if I can. I am hoping that someone has some knowledge of what it is. It doesn't seem to be some cheap knife. It looks like stainless and is heavy. The total length is 12 5/8" . Blade length is 7 1/2". The knife fits in the scabbard, but doesn't really seem right for the knife. Any information that anyone can share would be greatly appreciated.

Could it be one of the 200 that were made by Gus Marsh during the 1980 to 1984 period?
The article in http://www.usmilitaryknives.com/current_knotes.htm (thanks ELDE) states that they were sold at Gun Shows in Calif. My Dad was always going to the Pomona, CA Gun Show.
