This is a short and sweet review, designed to Inform of things I wish I had knew before purchase.

Concealability: above average
Why:
the sheath , once the belt loop is removed can be slipped iwb and carried witout movement, and running is doable (I ran 2.5 miles to test my theory). The only problem is it must be removed before using the restroom :/
it can be drawn by pushing your thumb down on the sheath while pullin the knife out. I carry mine at 3:30.
The knife is to big to carry with a ccw, but that is expected with a fixes blade, unless you enjoy an ankle strap that you make.

The blade is extremely sharp and I could sharpen it with a rock from the stream. The edge keeping ability is amazing, I ran fighting drills, and survival tasks and could still shave, but not fully (some hairs stayed in)

Overall, I highly recommend this knife

I highl recommend plain edge.

I routinely recommend the Seal Pup Elite without the serrated edge. It is usually the fixed blade that I grab if I'm taking a hike and want a fixed blade with me. I'm not real hard on knives, so I certainly have not done any kind of preformance testing via use or through trial scenarios. I would guess the worst thing I have done to a larger knife is probably use it for splitting wood for a fire like you would use a wedge.

I have literally beat my Seal pup elite through sheet metal, cinder blocks, & pryed the tip through wood. I have abused mine, so I can say, this is one of the toughest small fixed blades I have ever used.
The AUS-8 holds an awesome edge. This is my EDC, & if something where to happen to it, I would buy another

Here is the Elite without serrations:

I keep a part-serrated Pup Elite in my bag for hunting. It got it's first taste of blood while gutting a deer and it performed excellently. I don't regret that purchase one bit. It was my first fixed blade and I don't think I could have made a better choice.
