SEAL Pup Elite nylon sheath?

Hi. I just got a SEAL Pup Elite, plain edge, black TINI, 2005 Special Editon ($75.00 shipped, I feel I got a good deal :p ). I really like this knife but would like to get a replacement sheath for it. I've heard that there are nylon ones available. Where can they be purchased? Thanks.
 
Sgt. Art, all the sheath experts are probably still off for the holidays.........:D :rolleyes:

But we have a lot of people here on the SOG forums that know a lot about sheaths. I'm sure they will be glad to help as soon as they can.

SGT. Art, Nylon sheaths for the Seal Pup can be purchased straight from SOG for under $30. I'm pretty sure they will work for the Elite. Give SOG a call and they will let you know it the Pup sheath works. Got one a few years back for another SOG and love it!!

Congrats on the new purchase. Can't wait for this summer, will be getting an Elite and other SOGS. :D

yep, I'd be in agreement with wildmanh, the SOG folks would be the first best place to start.

We did have a nylon sheath for the SEAL Pup/ Pup Elite. Unfortunatley I just checked and we are out of them right now.

We are working on a new nylon sheaht design that should be out in the next 3-6 months. I do not have a time table on this right now, as it is still in the early design stages, but as sson as I know something I will post it.

Hey - just got my Pup Elite - nice knife for the money. I am also looking for a nylon sheath - any one know if SOg has these yet. Or a quality one from another vendor?
 
The new SOG nylon sheaths are still a couple months out. On ce we get closer to a final release date i will try and post some inforamtion on them.

Thank you Chris. I patiently await your update. Also, just to throw it out there, I'd like to see the Seal Pup Elite offer in Satin with the Combo blade.
 
I am a new SOG seal pup elite owner as well.. Just found this post and was wondering if there is any change on the availability of nylon sheath yet?
