Seal Pup Elite or Dozier Anchorage Skinner or ???

So I'm looking for a new knife. I have a Becker BK2 and an ESEE Izula right, but I'm looking for a something to use for fishing. I'd like something more rust resistant than what I have to act as a fillet knife of sorts, but with further capability should I need to call upon it. So far I'm considering the Seal Pup Elite and Dozier Anchorage Pro Skinner.

Essentially I'm weighing the longer length and (what seems like) the better handle in wet conditions of the Seal against the thinner, shorter blade (more precise cuts?) and preferred style of the Dozier. In other words I'm concerned the Seal will be overkill for my intended use and the Dozier will be short and not capable of heavier tasks.

I'm also looking at the Cold Steel SRK as a third place choice as I like the blade design and length, but not necessarly the width. Not opposed to other suggestions as well (want to keep it in $50-65 range though).

So, what do you think?

The Dozier is a great little knife with a nice hand and cutting edge. I just wish they used a heavier leather in the sheath.

Either should work. The thickness of the steel may make the SOG a bit clumsy with fish unless you're talking big fish. The Seal Pup Elite makes a good all around field knife, but I would choose something different for hunting. I have had an Elite since they first came out a few years ago.

Update:

After reading a few positive reviews I ended up going a slightly different direction: the SOG NW Ranger 2.0

I just received it by mail this past week but so far I think it was a great decision. The sheath is particularly bad, and I'll probably replace it at some point, but the knife itself seems great. I've only had the chance to use it briefly in the kitchen to far, but I think it's really going to work well for my uses.

It's actually slightly longer than the Seal Pup Elite, but the full flat grind makes it a great slicer. The choil makes it easy to choke up for more precise cuts as well. I'd definitely recommend this knife so far.
