I stumbled across this holster/sheath rig and found it to be pretty cool and tastefully done. The description doesn't say what size blade the sheath will take.
"A leather belt, holster, knife sheath and ammunition worn by Allan Quartermain (Sean Connery) in the comic book movie The League Of Extraordinary Gentlemen.
The belt is stitched brown leather with brass hardware and loops around the outer edge for holding .45 revolver ammunition. The belt is marked "photo double". On its left hip is a reversed holster, intended so that Quartermain can crossdraw his Webley revolver with his right hand, while on its left is a sheath for Quartermains hunting knife. The loops are filled with dummy ammunition used on the production but Quartermains Webley and knife are no longer present.
The set is in overall very good production-used condition with only minor fouling to brass in the leatherwork and with small amounts of wear on the dummy ammunition from use on set and storage. The belt measures 6cm wide (2.5) and can fit up to an approximate 40 waist."
