And yes, there is, but I've disabled it so that there's less of a server drain. You don't really need to be searching the extra forums when you are looking for a post concerning a Benchmade knife, right?

When I click on "Search: All posts by this registered user" for myself I get 0 results

I don't think it is " ' " but spaces that mess up that search feature.

Search from profile still does not work.

Also I would appreciate if the "SEARCH" could really search ALL forums.
Right now it takes forever to find something.

Perhaps the search all forums feature could be enabled but put at the end of the list. That way it would require a conscious effort to get to it, but it would still be available for those that need it.
