Wilderness & Survival Forums/Web search tool

I built this up for those who want to search the web for wilderness/survival/gear/etc related topics. It searches over 50 (i'm in the process of adding over 100 more) survivalm wilderness, gear, medical, plant id, snake id, avalanche info etc etc type forums, including Bladeforums WS&S.

simply key in your search terms (ie: chest rig ) and you get a plethora of related topics and pics.

That's great! Thanks for doing that for us. I was just lamenting the lack of an easy search optionn for WS&S.

Works good, but it doesn't seem to be sub-forum specific, if that was your intention. I searched for "firesteel" and the first 5 or so hits from BF were in a "For Sale" forum and the next was in "General". If anyone knows how to make it really sub-forum specific I'd really like to know.

It can't be anymore difficult than your cell phone. You'll figure it out. Even if it can't be done, you've done well just getting us this far.:D
 
ok seems to be pulling up more info and less for sale on firesteels now.

i also found HOW one enters the search term can really skew the results:

ie: fire steel vs firesteel vs "fire steel" vs "firesteel"

heck try them all.
