Well I haven't had any search errors but BF has been having server issues for a couple weeks now, could be part of the problem...but I get a similar message when the server glitches.

I have had it happen a few times today, along with slow loading times on page changes.

I just tried a search and got

yeah i noticed that once the server came back up. wouldn't let me search anything. oh well
