Search feature - "Page Cannot Be Displayed"

Any clues on how I can use the search feature for what I thought was a simple request - like "John White", or "file work"?
I keep getting that internal server error and page unable to be displayed... And being somewhat computer illiterate... it could just be me?

I perform a query on "John White", or "file work" and received the "White Page of Search Death." This usually means your query is too broad.

I modified one search, "file work," by using filework and was able to obtain 20 pages of hits.

Simplicity is not a friend of the BF search engine. Common words will make it choke. Try not so common words or use BF Google

Obviously, I didn't try filework as one word, and your link to the FAQ will help a little... Dang, I just wanted some ideas for a new knife I'm orderin'!!! LOL!!!!
