Searching for a little push dagger (esthetic) for a woman (jewel necklace kind)

I would like to offer to my girlfriend a little (+/- concealed) esthetic neck push dagger.

I would like it has a finger hole so that she could take it and not loose it if she has to use it one day.

I would like it is invisible and convenient for a female.

Do you have ideas where i could buy neck push dagger alike this (concealed, in 2 divising parts, with a finger hole). Not a mantis cyclope knive because they're souding good but they have no pick, just cutting blade.
