Searching for Knife Dealer Jim Taylor.

I am doing some research for an upcoming writing project and am trying to locate a knife dealer in the U.S. by the name of Jim Taylor. What I do know about him is that he was born in England and has written abit about the old Sheffield makers such as Slater.
