This forum offers endless fun for knife nuts, doesn't it? I just finished entering Tai Goo in the search engine, and by happy circumstance found Roger P's 7/16/04 post to knifemakers--who is your favorite bowie maker? Short, but full of info.

Then, if you really want to have fun, enter "antique bowies" and if you are lucky enough, you may find the hard fought battle between the expert and the gambler. (Can't tell ya where, wouldn't be a search, would it?)The battle raged for days, bitter words and accusations were tossed, whirled, and rebutted. and, one man walked away beaten, bloody, and defeated. Lord, sounds like a screenplay.

Do you guys play around with searches? What stands out to you? Of course, being too plain would ruin the fun, so be indirect and let's see if we can figure it out.

So, I nominate the expert and the gambler as the first search. Just one rule, you can't play if you already played, in other words, if you were involved in the Ex/Gambler post, excuse yourself. The first guy who gets it choses the next search. (You'll learn a lot too, sorta like making a game for kids learn)

Okay, "kids" Go!

(Well, heck, it IS winter, what else ya gotta do?)

Wow. THAT brought back hours of fun reading... :) Will & Finck. I am pretty sure you were referring to this one.

Since we are beating up old 'friends', who wants to find the perpetual guarantee by the good doctor from Florida... ;)

You got it, Coop. It takes some sluething, doesn't it? All of which I think is fun. Ah, so..the good Doctor...want to give any clues to start us off?

Dave

I did. Dr. Gene. Take it from there...

Ah, good ol' Razoredj..... Noone gives a tongue lashing like Phil. I miss him.

Okay! I read some of Sharp Phil's stuff today, probably not carefully enough-it was long. Must be getting close. This is a tough one, and I's probably have had it by now if I didn't stop so much along the way to read this or that. These search's take you in some strange directions.

Dave

P.S. How do you use the icons to the right of the post box?. They won't drag over, soo?
