Sorry, Todd. No joy in Muddville on this one. There were so very many patterns and variants made for Sears over the years that my listings are quite incomplete still. If I had to guess, I would say that it was a mid 1980's-early 1990's Camillus. But I do not know that for a fact.
I am still working on completing my survey of 1940's Sears catalogs, and moving slowly into the 1950's. I have a huge list of numbers and descriptions, but it is still quite incomplete. And I only note the manufacturer on that list when I am reasonably sure.
You might think about buying late eighties Sears catalogs and doing a search for these. I think that is the correct period when SEARS was used on rectangular shield on white Delrin pocketknives. Tom Williams (CAMCO) or Phil Gibbs over in the Camillus forum might recognize it, and I would consider that authoritative substantiation.
