Just got back from visiting the show, beautiful stuff all around! Who went and what was your favorite knife?

PS You might have seen me- Short teenager in a Carhartt jacket.[emoji1]

Ditto - an absolutely amazing show! I was blown away by the quality of makers there. Though this is, of course, not meant to short-change other makers, I was particularly impressed by the work of Haley DesRosiers (pic below of an especially striking small fixed blade which she posted in a related thread) and Ole Pedersen - his recent entry into the world of flippers has proven, IMHO, extremely successful (the F&F and smoothness of the knives are truly excellent). Thanks to Daniel for organizing it and so many wonderful makers (and others) for making the trip to Seattle.

Haley definitely stole the show. I think she could've sold a dozen of the bird and trout pictured above.

I was nothing but impressed with the makers and quality of their work. Simply stunning, I don't have words to describe.

Many many chefs knives at the show, I was a bit surprised. Professionals will be sorry if they missed it and the chance to get what I'm sure would be the center peice of the tools of their craft.
