Sebenza 21 Birth Date?

I've been looking for a Sebenza 21 for a few weeks and wanted to get some opinions from people who have been in this hobby way longer than I have.

Would like to obtain any Sebenza 21 (plain, inlays whatever) with the date 2/24/17. I've been scanning this forum and a few other locations to try to locate one. Had anyone had any success finding a Sebenza with the exact date you were looking for? How did you go about finding it? Any tips you can share with someone new to this hobby.

**I guess I didn't look to hard because there's a big sticky at the top of the forum discussing birth date wishlist!

If you google that date, you’ll see it fell on a Friday. CRK doesn’t work on Friday’s. I don’t remember when they went to a four day work week.
You probably are out of luck finding that b-day.

N Newuser2019 , what most folks settle for is the month and day, not so much on the year. Getting one with all three are usually indicative of a son/daughter birthday, which does happen. I’ve got a Sebenza with my birthday month and day. That’s about as close as I’ll ever get.
You may have to settle for the month and day.
If you insert the @ symbol in front of someone’s name, it will alert them that they are mentioned in a post.
 
Thank you for the tip! I got an alert as soon as you posted this, very cool. I see what you're saying on the date. I probably should expand to anything Feb 2017 + small or large sebenza.
 
They don't normally work Fri as stated-4 day work week, but it is not impossible there could be one with that date. They work overtime as needed. So not likely, but not impossible.
another option is to forget the birthcard and engrave the date you want on the knife.
