Sebenza 25 part's availability

Hey guys, just a quick question. Has anyone sent in a Sebenza 25 recently? My question is this, Can you still get washers for the 25?

These are the washers with the little tab that fits into the hole on the scale.

I called the mothership and unfortunately the rep I got was not sure even after placing me on hold. He said some of these parts are interchangeable with the Inkosi.

So anyways does anyone know for sure, I kinda hate to call again and ask for someone else.
 
I’d like to know the same for the 25. I have one and would like spare parts, or a spa treatment for it.
 
I was looking at a 25 a while back and called CRK about the same question. The person on the phone said if the washers needed replacement they would use the ones for the 21 or 31. I don’t know if you’d have to send in the knife to have them lapped to fit right or they’d just fit right in. In the end I bought an Inkosi.

I did dig into that further yesterday after we spoke. If you want to send your Sebenza 25 in we can replace the washers without any issues. If you have any other questions please let me know.

You shouldn't have to send it in. Not all that long ago I ordered some spare washers for my 25. They sent them. The screws are interchangeable with the inkosi, but the washers are not.
 
Thanks for the info, Russ. I still enjoy and use my 25 regularly, and have been wondering the same thing for a while now.
