I won't bore you with pictures since there are plenty out there.

I have had things from marfione, hoback, direware, dalibor, begg, calavera, lambert, wr bladeworks, sniper bladeworks, rassenti, mosier, shirogorov, stout. Plus a ton of production and midtech knives.

This is by no means speaking negatively of any knives listed above. I have had my fair share of hits and misses.

I am sitting here admiring the perfection of this little knife I received yesterday. Thinking that for a while (not that I'm completely over it) I was so obsessed with having customs and things that were different or "special" that that kinda took priority over just how good a knife is.

I don't know a ton about crks but the guy I got this from said this is a good model to have.

I've got a large Classic, what I think about, because mine was also assembled in 2006, I've gat a knife that was made 9 years ago, it was used by the previous owner/s and when I got it, it is just as strong as my new CRK's. Over those years, it hasn't developed any play in the blade, lockup at all. The CRK is truly it's own testimony on how well it is made. No doubt, it will serve you for a long time.

Totally agree-I picked up a small Classic MM micarta inlay, also from 2006 within the last couple weeks. The ti scales have enough pocket wear that they almost look scotch brited-a definite user, yet the lockup is solid as rock at 50% and smooth as silk opening. The blade even looks great. A re-blast and it would look like new and preform as well.
 
That's one of the reasons I can't go up to the custom knife level... these sebenzas are just pure perfection
