Sebenza Arrived!!

I shelled out the dough for the Sebenza, figuring if I didn't like it I could sell it without taking much of a loss. Well after holding it in my hands for a few minutes, I knew the only place this knife's going is my pocket. It just feels right in my hand, and to me it's also a very beautiful knife. :) My damascus knife from David Winston should be ready any day now, too!!!

I bought it from , Arin Lousignont [arinvolvo@yahoo.com]. He's a dealer for Chris Reeves knives as a fun side job. Great to deal with, if he got news from CRK about the back order, he passed it along.
 
Congrats Daniel on your fine purchase. Sit back, and take a real close look at that knife. Open it slowly and feel the precision with which the blade glides into the open and locked position. Truly awesome. I had a non-knife buddy tell me it reminded him of his Mercedes Benz door. I think that's a huge compliment to Chris.

The Sebenza is probably the only knife model I sold off and am considering getting one again.
 
Congrats....You have purchased what is arguably the finest folder being built. The more you use it, the more you will appreciate it.

Oh boy. I got in on the same group buy as you did. I'm still eagerly anticipating my large Sebbie.

BTW, Arin is a great guy to deal with and he is VERY competitive on his pricing as well.
