I've seen pics here and there with the blue dog paw track Sebenzas... I really want one. Did everyone buy them from Plaza Cutlery? My understanding is that they were limited run just for Plaza.

Newb question - with them being a limited run, does any other dealer get them, ever (gasp) go on sale, any deals to be had, used market other than the sales forum? I understand Sebenza's have plenty of demand, but it never hurts to ask if there are any insider deals.

I think that the pattern is exclusive to Plaza Cutlery. Not a limited run, call the folks at Plaza and they will order one for you if they don't have one in stock.:thumbup:
 
There are no "sale prices" on Sebenzas. A knife this good doesn't need a price decrease to sell.
 
The "Dog Paws" is a Plaza Exclusive and is not offered by anyone else. There are also NO Sales on any CRK. The only way you will find one cheaper than retail price on the CRK site is on the second hand market. Make note that many on the second hand market are NIB, so that doesnt mean second hand market CRK have been beaten. If you have your eye on something, be patient ( thats the hard part ), it will show up eventually !!!
 
Appreciate the responses... searching through old threads I saw one on the exhange, but it of course has sold!
 
Ya, Plaza Cutlery IS the only place TO get a Dog Paws Sebbie. I believe Dan does have some in stock.
 
Ya, I wanted a blue also, but wound up finding a large gold on the 2nd hand market. Sold some stuff (one of my revolvers, ya but I dont miss it), traded some stuff and wound up with the gold dog paw. Its been clipped in my front pocket every day since I got it.

All I need is one of the small dog paws and I might be content with never buying another knife, but I do still have a few back up knives if I ever have to send it in for refurbish.

I might even pony up the full price for a small dog paw from Plaza one of these days if I dont find one on the used market. But it would definitely have to be my one knife purchase for 6 to 12 month time period.

They a bunch of money, but I got some spydercos, kershaws, benchmades, al mar that dont get no pocket time since that dog paw got to town.
