I am trying to pay for a Sebenza that lives in the Philippines. Having trouble finding a payment vehicle. USPS international money order requires an application being sent to St Louis, MO, for example. Local bank isn't sure that a bank money order will work. Do any of you have any experience with sending money to this area? The seller is understandably concerned about receiving something he can cash. Any ideas??? Thanks.
