Sebenza Hardware?

This may have come up before but doing a search of the form didn't really offer any results... are there any knife parts suppliers that sell hardware similar to that found on the Sebenza? I am building my own knife and love the standoff/screw system the newer Sebenzas (with the thru allen key on the female side). I can not locate any resources on the internet that sell the same or at least similar parts... any suggestions?

Just buy a bunch of ebay Chinese/Pakistani sebenzas and strip them for their standoffs and screws.

That, or check Knifekits.com and see if any of their screws and standoffs will work.

I found several kinds of standoffs at USA knifemaker, don't know the particular style you refer to though. You could always build or modify little stuff on a lathe...

At the USAKnifemaker.com site I was looking through hardware used for folders and it seemed to me that there might be something there that could be used. Good luck. I hope you find what you need... and then let us know what you found.

Or... You could put in a call to Chris Reeve Knives and ask where they get the screws you're looking for. If you can get hold of Anne, Chris' wife, she might just sell you a few. She's one of the nicest people that I've run across. She's always been willing to help me out any time I've had a question for her.
