Greetings from Mosul.

I just wanted to let you all know that we are doing great things out here. It is amazing to see the difference in these people's life style in just this short time. I am proud to be an American and a Soldier in the greatest Army in the world.
I have been using my Seb non-stop since I got here and it is going strong. I can't say enough about this knife. Amazingly my Shadow IV has seen little to no use as yet. But she stands ever ready as does my weapon.
I want to once again thank all of you who have shown your support for our president and our military. I am proud to know you.
I have so much I could tell you but I will save that for a later time. Let me just say that when they talk about the accuracy of our bombs and the limited collateral damage they were not joking.
It's about 0300 8 May and I have to get back to work. I will try to check in from time to time but if not I will see you all back in the rear.
With much respect,

MedOpsPogue

Great to hear the Sebbie it taking care of you. Be safe and good luck.

Good to hear from you. Thanks for your service and be careful. Send more updates when you can.

we americans owe God Almighty a mighty debt of gratitude that we can afford knives costing many times the yearly wages of some iraqi citizens.
<dont take this as criticism. i too appreciate fine tools and am glad that someone doing such an important job is well equipped. just thought id point it out.>

MedOpsPogue, thank you for your service and sacrifice. i pray God will keep you and your buds safe and bless the fruits of your labor.

Thank you for your service and I pray that you and all our fine men and women over there will stay safe.

Hey all,

I just wanted to stop in and say thanks for the support. We have started a large part of the humanitarian portion of this mission and it is going well so far. I will be glad to see more of the support that I saw present in Irbil come to this and the rest of the country. In time I believe this country can flourish and prosper, God willing.
The Seb is still going strong although I haven't used it much lately. Just FYI, I also carry a medium clip point plain edge Cold Steel Voyager that gets used a worked daily. For a cheap knife I don't think I could have chosen better.
Well I am off to hit to hit the rack. I will check in later.

Med,

Glad you're still with us!

Also glad to hear that the "heavy" tools have not seen use as I figure that means bad things are happening.

Keep head down, prayers are with you and yours.

Glad to hear that you are well and the Sebbie is lending a helping hand. Be safe and watch your back.

Paul
