What I'm confused about is, in the pictures of the lanyard on the CR knives, it doesn't have the line thing going under it. Is that supposed to be there?

Did you do it like this? (right handed)
With a little practice and tweaking, you can use the knot for a lot of things.
For example: It's handy for a makeshift guard on bigger fixed blades.

Oh...I did it a different way. I did the hangmans knot.
I redid the lanyard using that diagram; came out perfect, thanks!
