Knife has factory edge and has never cut anything except some sheets of paper. Very sharp. The 21 classic is just an updated version that doesn't say "Classic MM" on the handle.

Sorry your address is not verified. This is unfortunately non-negotiable because that's the only way to get seller protection from paypal. I would accept a money order if you do that or if you get your address cleared up with paypal I can wait for that.
