I was just wondering what it would cost to replace my older version screws (smooth on one side) with the newer ones with the holes on both sides and replace the old washers with the perforated ones. Also would I have to send in my sebenza to get it done or will CRK just ship me the screws and washers? Thanks.

You have to send it in for the new washers because they also fit a new bushing for it. The washer/bushing replacement is 6 or 7 bucks.

I don't remember the exact price for the screws, it was like $20 or something if I recall.

Thanks for the info. I guess I'll just do the screws for now and do the washers later.

Just curious, why do you need new washers??
I like the perforated washers better than the older full washers.

Do you think it will make a noticeable difference in action or are you thinking it will make a difference in longevity?

All prices as I recall, could be off slightly.

Washers and bushing are $6 (bushing) and $0.75 a washer.

Screw / pin sets are $8.50 each.

If you are just ordering the screws, they will send them to you directly. I ordered 3 set of screws (female and male) for my small seb. I don't recall off the top of my head how much they cost but I think it came out to under 30$ for the 3 sets.

The way I see it is I have 1 set of spare screws for each of my 3 small sebs. So if you REALLY look at it under 10$ per seb for a small set of screw isn't that bad..you know spread the cost over 3 sebenzas....:p
