The polished blade is an option when you order the knife from CRK. Alternatively, you can send in your stonewashed blade and have them polish the blade, but you will also have to pay for a new thumbstud (or dual thumbstuds) as the old one is destroyed when removed from the blade for polishing.
Another option is to just have the blade flats polished, leaving the hollow grind stonewashed. This makes for an attractive contrast.
Bladeart.com often sells regular Sebenzas with polished blades and gold thumbstuds; They call it the Blade Art Model Sebenza. I just checked and they are currently out of stock.
