sebenza screw question

does anyone know If the male and female screws are both made by crk? and if yes when did they start making both screws themselves.

I have a sebenza from 2010 and the female screws are very nice, the hex hole looks perfect (if that makes sense) and they are flush with the handle.

now the males screws on the other hand, they certainly look like they are made somewhere else . the hex hole does not look the same, it looks round, but its not stripped. they also do not sit as flush as the female screws.

I don't know what current practice is. I recall reading posts here from Chris Reeve about his frustrations finding sources for well-made hardware (good materials, finish and tolerances), so I believe that in earlier years (like yours) they were sourced from third party suppliers.
